   (c) Bitumen Temperature Logs: Certified copies of the site register recording the delivery and laying temperature of the bitumen mix at the time of paver spreading (as mandated by IRC:111-2009).
   (d) Engineering Roster: Official names, designations, and mobile numbers of the Junior Engineer (JE) and Assistant Engineer (AE) stationed at the paver during execution.
